We get it, things come up. If you’re unable to drop into a class you’ve scheduled, please cancel within the cancellation window to avoid a penalty. You can cancel a class by navigating to your Upcoming Activities section of your user account. Click on the class you're trying to cancel, choose the child that cannot attend the class, and confirm the cancellation.
If you do not attend the class but fail to late cancel, you will lose the credit for the class, but you will not be charged any fees.
**Some activities have a NO CANCELATION policy. You can see this policy by looking at the activity details before you book, and after you have booked something by viewing the course details, and within your confirmation email**
