There are a few reasons why you may not be able to book an activity, your child may not be in the right age range to attend the activity, you could be out of credits, there could be missing information in your profile, or you may have reached the Monthly Visit Limits per Partner
If you're not receiving a specific error message that indicates one of the explanations above, please send a message to our support team at info@pearachutekids.com with a screenshot of the error message, a link to the activity and specific time you're trying to book, and any other important information that may help us pinpoint the issue (i.e. what kind of computer or phone you're using). With that info, we may be able to get the problem fixed, and get you booked into that activity!
